Go Perfecto

This is the first time I have done a fan art of anything Tiny Toons related - and I decided to draw Rhubella Rat, one of the show's minor characters. She is definitely one of my favourite characters too, and it was only recently I found out she was actually on the show!

On another note, this is the first picture I have made using a graphics tablet - whilst I'm finding it a steep learning curve it could prove to be very handy for inbetweening in animation. ^^)
