I think he has definitely evolved in this short space of time, it is subtle but apparent. I think he has one of the most intertesting character designs you have presented thus far ^^.

He certainly looks like a believable and charismatic character and over the months you've definitely been able to come up with what you think works and what doesn't with this guy. I can imagine him making an appearance in an animated series or comic book of some sort, perhaps as a pantomime villain of sorts. Thats the sort of impression I get here anyway.
