News for Transmission fans; starting in January I will be updating the comic THREE strips a week instead of two for certain weeks depending on productivity. So strips will continue to update Monday and Friday, but also now on Wednesday where feasible merry Xmas!

That's right, I am creating comics and other cool stuff on Patreon too now! Even though I don't stand much of a chance, I think there is no harm in plugging "Kat-Venture and the Pursuit of the Elements" for the Best Graphic Story category in the 2017 Ursa Major Awards. It was my last project with my co-writer and close friend David Whamond before he passed on - the book was finished 10 months after he passed on and I posthumously credited him for his contributions.
Getting "Transmission" nominated for the Best Comic Strip category is near impossible (and we all can guess who is going to win it for the 10th successive year) but the Best Graphic Story category is more competetive and I think having Kat-Venture at leas
Is Alpha and Omega the new Land Before Time?
I've not been paying any real attention to the Alpha and Omega series lately, but I happened across a copy of the latest "movie" in WHS Smith this afternoon and couldn't believe they'd released [i]another [/i]one! After looking up the film online, it transpires that Crest Animation is not over with it for a long time yet! There are currently to be no less than eight Alpha and Omega films - which means that they only need six more to equal the number of 'Land Before Time Films', of which there currently are 14 - and none of the sequels have ANY involvement from Don Bluth, Steven Spielberg or George Lucas.
